So Rich in Community is dedicated to building a stronger, more connected community by bridging the generational gap between youth and elders. Our mission is to foster positive growth and development for young people—especially at-risk, street-involved, and justice-involved youth—through interactive initiatives that provide mentorship, support, and opportunities for a brighter future. At the same time, we strive to enhance the quality of life for all residents.

At So Rich in Community, we believe that true wealth lies in the opportunities we create for one another. Our So Rich in Opportunity initiative provides at-risk youth with a paid internship where they gain hands-on business experience while receiving one-on-one tailored mentorship and intervention counseling.
